Home Performance Solutions offers our customers a comprehensive "whole-house" systems approach to home energy efficiency improvements. Our auditors are certified building analysts with the Building Performance Institute and we are a certified contractor with the Georgia Power Home Energy Improvement program.
Our audit process will evaluate your house and duct work for air leaks, inspect for insulation deficiencies, heating and cooling system efficiency, water heater and appliance energy usage, and mold and moisture issues. We will provide you with a list of improvements based on return on investment so that you can reduce your energy bills, improve your comfort, your indoor air quality and your health.
Save Your Money - Our recommendations and improvements will reduce your energy cost. Save approvimatly 10% of your total energy cost based on Energy Star Methodology.
Improve Your Comfort - Air sealing your house and duct sealing your HVAC system will reduce leaks in your house and help keep mold and dust from entering through your attic and crawl space.

There are several Federal and State tax credits available to help pay for energy efficiency improvements. Also, if you are a Georgia Power customer there are several potential home improvement rebates available to you including $200 for the audit. After the audit we will discuss with you which rebates are available through Georgia Power and fill out the paper work for you once the improvements are complete.
Quality Control - All of our energy audit reports are reviewed by ICF International in Atlanta. A percentage of the homes that we audit and improve will be inspected by ICF; your's could be one of them.
