Blower Door & Duct Testing (DET)
Duct and Envelope Testing is required on every new house built in Georgia. The blower door (envelope) test applies to every home; the duct test is only needed when ductwork runs outside the conditioned space — with spray foam attics, many new homes keep all ductwork inside and skip it. Testing is typically done in the final week of construction, and we deliver the compliance documentation your building inspector requires.
