Audit Pricing
Audits start at $400 for up to 2,500 sq. ft. home with an additional charge of $50 for each 1,000 sq. ft. after that.
There is a $50 fee for each gas water heater or gas furnace that has to be combustion safety tested. If it's inside the house it will probably have to be tested.
For Georgia Power customers there is a $200 rebate for the audit. We will file all the necessary paper work at no cost for each home that is on Georgia Power.
