This was a very large home in Atlanta that had high power bills and several uncomfortable rooms. We found two safety problems, natural gas leaks inside the house and backdrafting of the furnace and water heaters when one of the overhead fans was running. We also found that one of the HVAC ducting systems had been rebuilt without sealing the joints and very little conditioned air was coming into the house. Read the report.
